Upon receipt of the property, the Client, together with the point manager, must check:
compliance of the actual property and components received with the list of property specified in the contract;
appearance and performance of each piece of property.
After signing the agreement, claims to the property transferred under the rental agreement will not be accepted
The client is obliged to return the rented product in the same condition in which he received it at the rental salon at the time of delivery. The presence of all components specified in the contract is mandatory. If during the use of the rental property by the Client it becomes dirty and its appearance has changed, then the Client is obliged to take measures to return the rental property in a clean form. Dirty items from Customers are not welcome, except in cases where restoring the original appearance of the product is impossible.
When returning goods, a note about this is made in the contract. The absence of this mark means that the goods are in the hands of the Client. If the product has defects that arise during the use of the product by the Client, the latter pays a fine that goes toward restoring the product.
If the client wishes to extend the rental period, he must inform him of his intention before the end of the contract. The client must call and notify the landlord with whom the contract is concluded. If within 24 hours after the completion of the rental agreement, the client does not return the taken property and does not warn about the extension of the rental agreement, the administration has the right to recognize the client as having violated the rental agreement and apply to him the sanctions specified in the rental agreement.
The client is obliged to treat the rental property with care. It is prohibited to use the property for other purposes, as this may lead to external and internal defects. When using the property, the client must comply with the rules of its operation and not violate safety regulations. For all questions related to the operation of rental property, the client can contact the lessor.
Signing the agreement means that the client is familiar with the rules for using the property and assumes further responsibility associated with the use of the property. Our company is not responsible for damage that may occur when using rental property by the Client.
